Orders, prices and delivery
Features, scope, billing periods and delivery methods are those shown when the order is confirmed. Submitting an order does not itself mean a service has been activated. Check payment and delivery status in your account, and contact support if an order is incorrect.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Before subscribing, check the renewal amount, billing period and cancellation method. Cancelling renewal generally prevents a future charge and does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests follow the refund policy and applicable requirements.
